When is the new MW3 and Warzone season release date? Both Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone are constantly changing, and whether you’re a fan of the free-to-play battle royale, the many MW3 multiplayer modes, or all of the above, there’s something new to enjoy with the arrival of each new season.
Warzone, the battle royale game, and Modern Warfare 3 are set to explore another new theme in Season 4: Gundam. The season aesthetics skew futuristic, but the main point of conversation for Warzone veterans is the Kar98k comeback. Here’s everything we know about Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 Season 4, and when we think Season 4 Reloaded will drop.
Warzone Season 4 Reloaded release date estimate
According to the Battle Pass, Warzone Season 4 Reloaded will release on or around June 26. Season 4 Reloaded will bring with it two weapons and a host of new challenges.

New Warzone weapons
Four new weapons were added with Warzone Season 4, one of which was the fan-favorite marksman rifle: the Kar98k. The bolt-action rifle was released along with the Superi 46, with the Reclaimer 18, and a sledgehammer coming later with the Reloaded update.
Anyone who thrived during Verdansk’s early days will likely remember the Kar98k, and although sniping isn’t quite what it was back then, the reintroduction of the historic rifle could see ranged skirmishes coming back in a big way.
Here are the new Warzone weapons being introduced in Season 4:
Kar98k
A marksman rifle with incredibly quick ADS speed and surprisingly heavy stopping power. The Kar98k is technically a WW2 relic, but in the hands of an experienced shooter, it’s one of the deadliest weapons at your disposal. We have the best Kar98k loadout here.
Superi 46
A bare-bones SMG chambered with pistol-caliber ammunition, the Superi 46 is an adaptable and reliable weapon, perfect as a secondary, or an aggressive primary for those with a more gung-ho attitude. We have the best Superi 46 loadout here.
Reclaimer 18
Another oldie, but most definitely a goodie. The Reclaimer 18 (the SPAS-12, for those in the know) is a side-loading 12-gauge shotgun that decimates anything unfortunate enough to be in its effective range. Players can get their hands on this devastating weapon after the mid-season update.
Sledgehammer
It’s a sledgehammer. Slow to swing, but the immense damage more than makes up for the delay.

MW3 season 4 maps
Following the release of the Season 4 trailer on May 20, 2024, we have seen what could be coming from a few new maps. Naturally, given the Gundam theme of the season, Tokyo is one such map and appears in the original season-tease tweet.
We also get to fight it out on the streets of Paris, in a snowy mountaintop facility, and in a seemingly flesh-covered 6v6 map called Das Gross. All new maps mean all players will have something fresh to sink their teeth into.
Everything premium and others that’s coming to the latest MW3 and Warzone battle pass. That’s everything we know so far about MW3 and Warzone Season 4; it’s an exciting time for players to jump back in, or continue their domination of the multiplayer game. If you’re just starting your battle royale journey, we have the best Warzone loadouts guide to get you off to a solid start.
