This is a super simple pasta recipe with chicken, onions, red bell peppers, peri peri sauce, tomato paste, cream, parmesan and baby spinach. It only takes a few minutes to make the sauce, about the same amount of time that it takes to bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta, so it makes for a quick meal that’s perfect for busy work nights!
