Comment on Cottage Cheese and Egg Muffins with Ham and Cheddar Cheese by Beverly

Made these yesterday a.m. for my hubby – HOMERUN!!! Made them exactly as posted and they were perfect. Mine baked in 20 minutes; I used a silicone muffin pan that I very lightly greased but probably didn’t need to as they popped right out. He said they were delish – lots of leftovers for him and he’s quite fine with that! (I will make them again minus the ham – I don’t eat pork so that is why I didn’t have any…)
